To enable you to devote all your attention to your job, we are offering ATEAC clients a monthly subscription package in which we play the role of Marketing Manager andOperational Project Manager:
1 – By offering a monthly plan of action for one of the company’s marketing development strategies according to a mutually agreed on schedule (and which could obviously change in relation to current events).
2 - By leading a ½ day one-on-one marketingcoaching session with the director or appointed contact person: to exchange, stand back and put in perspective, guide, choose the main directions to be taken; to take stock of operations in progress, make decisions on the monthly issue, establish the work schedule.
3 – By carrying out remote follow-up (by Email and telephone) of the planned operations in adherence with the schedule (e.g.: proof-reading documents, writing or rewriting documents, making contact with a partner or service provider, meeting a partner or service provider, solving the occasional problem, decision-making for the issue at hand, etc.).
Cost: 1,500 euros (excl. of tax) per month
Special ATEAC rate: -10%
